I know what you're thinking...
"There sure are a LOT of Queenstown photographers out there...
How on earth am I supposed to figure out which photographer is the right guy/gal for the job?"

How To Find Your Dream Photographer
In 5 Simple Steps
It goes without saying that you should LOVE a photographer's work before you even consider contacting them.
Check out their reviews on Google or Facebook. Make sure they have plenty of 5 star reviews that are recent.
Consider how important photography is to you and whether your budget can accommodate their pricing.
The next thing to check is whether or not they are available on your date. And if they aren't it's not necessarily all bad as it narrows your options and makes the decision-making process easier.
Have a video chat or in person meeting with them before you book. If at all possible, include your fiance too.
If you don't like and feel comfortable with your photographer, your photos won't look as relaxed, natural and beautiful. So, do yourself a favour and scratch them off the list.
So, how do we measure up?
(I'm glad you asked...)
How we work

YOU DO YOU
My "secret weapon" isn't really that secret. If you are having fun and feeling relaxed, your photos are going to look natural and beautiful.
So, I put a huge amount of energy into making sure that you feel comfortable and relaxed during your shoot. Because you are awesome. So, if I can just help you to relax and be you, you will look awesome on camera.
Pretty obvious really, isn't it?
I'M A BIG IDIOT
This is my other "super power". (Who knew that being a big idiot could be a super power?).
Most of the time my couples and clients are so busy laughing at something silly I've done or said that they forget to be nervous. And I get awesome pix of them forgetting to be nervous.
See? Super power...

DON'T TAKE THE PHOTOS SERIOUSLY
There! I said it!
I have said this to my couples for years but I still kind of feel that I'm going to get in trouble from the Union of Insta-famous Wedding Industry Types for actually putting it in print on my website...oh well, too late now I guess.
Yes, I really mean it. Don't take your photos seriously. Let's have some fun, be big idiots together (starting to see a theme here...?) and take some awesome photos of real humans (that's you) being real humans (still you) and having a hell of a time doing it.
Oh, hello!
Congratulations on making it all the way down here to the bottom of the page. Let me introduce myself…
- I’ve been shooting professionally for over 19 years (and I think I’m really starting to get the hang of it now).
- Relaxed, natural and fun is what I'm all about.
- I’m tall and bald and slightly silly.
- I looooooove coffee.
If you have any questions or you'd like to check my availability and pricing for your shoot, please get in touch via this contact form.
